The interest and passion for both areas dates back to the years of post-graduate study of civil and commercial law. Attorney mag. Petra Plesec finished it with the master’s thesis entitled “Explanatory duty of a doctor and the patient’s consent in a medical procedure”, which deals with various civil aspects of the doctor’s explanatory duty on the one hand and the scope, form and manner of a patient’s consent to such a procedure on the other hand.
